Get start with your Maximiz Account- Sign Up and Create your Account

Onboarding/Sign Up: 

1. If you are a new user of our platform, to start with Maximiz.ai Platform at first you will land on the Create your Maximiz Account Page: 





2. You need to put necessary information such as your Full name, email address, and password. You need to check the email format, password strength- it should have 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 8 characters minimum. click the I accept the Terms and Conditions checkboxes and finally press “Get Started” 


3. Once you Click on the Get started a verification email on your email id. You need to verify your email by clicking on the verifying Button. 


4. If you don’t receive the verification email for 60 seconds, you can click on Resend Verification email 

Note: If you still haven’t received email, even after resending it, you can contact us at support@maximiz.ai 

5. Once your email is verified, you need to add information as below: 

  • Organization Name 




  1. Share your Company website​

6. Here you need to enter your business information 

  • Select the type of Business you have- B2B OR d2C





  • Number of Employees in your organization 

  • Your role in your organization

Pixel Integration

The next step is either you can install pixel or can skip this part too. There are different ways to install pixels like- Manually, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, WordPress and through BigCommerce




1. Manually- In this when you click on manually to successfully install the Maximiz Pixel code in the HTML header of your website, please follow these steps:

A side slider will be opened and here you can edit the domain as well if you want to change/update previously edited domain. Next you can click on the copy icon to copy the Pixel's code.




Send the pixel code to Developer
If you want to send this code to your developer to add this code on the website, you can enter the email id of the developer and click on Send.

 Now to verify your Pixel installation click on "verify your Pixel" . And your Pixel will be verified.



You will be redirected to your website and on the top right corner a message will appear that Maximiz pixel is installed successfully.

2. Add pixel via Google Tag Manager

If you select Google tag manager to successfully install the Maximiz Pixel code in the Google Tag Manager, you need to login into your Google Tag manager's account.




3. You can install your pixel in your shopify store as well, you need to set Up a Maximiz App in Your Shopify Dashboard. for more details follow this link- https://maximizai.zohodesk.eu/portal/en/kb/articles/how-do-i-install-maximiz-pixel-on-shopify-store





4. You can install your Maximiz pixel in Big commerce store as well and can collecting the contacts and order details.




Once pixel is installed you can move to integrations.

If you have chosen B2B you can select Slack to link or can skip this step as well




7. Now you logged in your Maximiz account dashboard.
