How Does Overage Work?

What is Overage?

All monthly subscription plans from app.maximiz.ai come with an included limit on the number of contacts you can collect each month. If your script collects more contacts than your plan allows during that period, and you have enabled the overage option, be prepared for additional charges. These charges will be calculated based on the overage rate designated for your specific plan, meaning any contacts over the included amount will result in extra fees.

Subscription Plans

1. Plan Name- Launch

Overage charges - $0.25 per contact

2. Plan Name- Pro

Overage charges - $0.18 per contact

3. Plan Name- Growth

Overage charges - $0.12 per contact

How to enable the Overage

1. Go to the "Settings" tab

2. You need to click on "Billing", from here.

3. Activate the "Overage toggle" to enable this feature. Once activated, if you reach the contact limit of your plan, we will continue providing you with data, applying overage charges according to the terms of your plan.

Note: If you disable the overage option, any data collected after exceeding your plan limit will no longer be visible to you. To access this data, you must either enable overages again or wait for the next billing period. When the new cycle begins, we will deliver all the collected contacts, which will be deducted from your next month’s quota.

Incremental Billing for Overages

We follow an incremental billing approach for overages during the month. Each of our plans has a predefined overage charge, and when you collect an excess of 250 contacts as overage or if a 24-hour window elapses—whichever happens first—we will automatically charge your card for the overage fees incurred. This process is designed to provide you with uninterrupted access to data while ensuring that you are promptly billed for any additional contacts collected beyond your plan’s allowance.
