Within the contact table, you can view key information like Name, Personal Email, Business Email, Mobile Number, Visited Date, Lead Status, Visit Type, and Duration on Site.
Filters
Our search filter offers a range of options to help you refine your contact list based on specific criteria:
- Visitor Type
- Lead Status
- Visit Date
- Visit Time
- Location
- Page Visits
- Average Time Spent
- Recurring Visits
On clicking the filter icon, a side slider will open with all the filters.
1. Visitor Type
Under the "Visitor Type" filter, you’ll find two categories:
- New Visitor: This refers to individuals visiting the platform for the first time.
- Returning Visitor: This includes those who have previously accessed the platform and are coming back.
2. Lead Status
Under the "Lead Status" filter, you can choose from the following statuses:
Visitor: This status represents contacts who are only visiting the site, without adding items to the cart, viewing products, or making any purchases.
Abandoned Cart: This status applies to contacts who added products to their cart but abandoned it before completing the purchase.
View Product: This indicates contacts who have viewed one or more products available on the website.
Converted Sales: This refers to contacts who have made a successful purchase.
3. Visited Date
Under the "Visited Date" section, you can see when a contact visited your platform. You’ll find standard filters such as Last Week, Last 30 Days, Last Six Months, and All Time. Additionally, you can customize your search by selecting a specific date range.
4. Visited Time
Within the "Visited Time" filter, you can identify the times when contacts engaged with your website. Standard filters are available for Morning (12 AM - 11 AM), Afternoon (11 AM - 5 PM), Evening (5 PM - 9 PM), and All Day. You can also tailor your search by choosing specific times from one hour to another.
5. Location
A Location search filter will be available, enabling you to locate contacts by specifying their town, city, or state.
6. Average time spent on Spent
Filter contacts by the average time they spent on your website during visits, selecting from options like Under 10 seconds, 0-30 seconds, 30-60 seconds, or Over 60 seconds.
7. Recurring Visits
In the recurring visits filter, you can filter contacts by the frequency of their visits to the website. Choose from 1, 2, 3, 4, or 4+ visits.
