Contacts

In the dashboard's Contact Section, we show number of the contacts collected from various user interactions. This section is designed to offer insights by categorizing contacts based on their status in the customer journey. Users can easily see a breakdown of their contacts across distinct categories, such as Total Visitors (those who visited the site), Viewed Products (users who browsed product pages), Abandoned Carts (customers who added items to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase), and Converted Sales (those who completed a purchase).

For added flexibility, the dashboard allows users to select a custom date range. By doing so, users can view data specific to a particular time period, making it easier to analyze trends, identify patterns, and make informed decisions based on recent interactions.

To enhance data visualization, users can choose between different graph types, including a bar graph and a line graph, to better interpret the collected data in a way that suits their preferences. Additionally, users can toggle the visibility of specific contact types on the graph by clicking on the contact type labels. This feature enables users to add or remove specific data categories in the chart dynamically, providing a tailored and interactive experience.

Overall, the Contact Section in the dashboard serves as a powerful tool for businesses to monitor and analyze their customer engagement across various stages, enabling them to make data-driven adjustments and improve their customer journey.
